Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is required to place an order.

All products on this website are individually crafted "works of art".  We cannot guarantee the item you receive will be exactly as pictured.  By placing an order with Ritual-Magic, you are agreeing to contract our services to produce a quality creative work of art.  Ritual-Magic retains it's full right to produce unique and individual products with distinct characteristics.

Due to high demand and the length of time it takes to hand craft our products, orders may take up to six weeks to be shipped.  The buyer accepts all responsibility for the package after it is registered at the shipping company.  Ritual-Magic will provide tracking numbers upon request.

Returns and refunds for these products are not available.  The cost of materials and time it takes to create is not refundable.  The buyer agrees upon purchasing anything from this website that our creative discretion as artisans will be respected.  In rare circumstances, Ritual-Magic may accept a return and in this case, the buyer will pay all shipping costs.  Shipping costs include the original cost of shipping to the buyer and the cost of return shipping. 

Soap Bars and Bath Salts

Soap Bars and Bath Salts are for use at your own discretion. These products contain different essential oils and are not recommended if you have sensitive skin or any skin allergies.

Damage, Loss and Return Policy

Ritual-Magic has no responsibility for items during shipping.  The buyer accepts all liability and loss as a result of items damaged or lost during delivery.  The buyer agrees to inform Ritual-Magic of damaged or lost items, and Ritual-Magic agrees to aid the buyer in recovering the shipping insurance for such items from the shipping company.  Ritual Magic does not insure items over $100.  If the buyer wishes to protect the order with additional shipping insurance, the buyer must successfully contact Ritual-Magic before the item is shipped to arrange additional insurance.
