Terms and conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is mandatory before we accept your order.

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.  Should you cancel your purchase within the 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit/debit card or Paypal account within 30 days of your cancellation.

If you want to cancel your purchase during the production period (after the 7 day cooling off period), we will charge 40% to 100% of the total product price, depending on how much production work is already finished.

All our products are handmade and can take up to six weeks to produce depending on our workload. All orders are done in the order that we receive them Postage can take up to 3 weeks depending on where you live.

Soap bars and Bath salts

Soap bars and Bath salts are for use at your own discretion please check first if you have sensitive skin or any skin allergies we can not accept returns on Soap bars, Bath salts, candles and incense.

 

Damage, loss and  return policy

Items that are damaged during shipping must be reported within 1 day of receipt so that we can start an insurance claim with the postal service and all damaged products must be returned to us before we can replace them.

We will replace the product in case of loss during the shipment. We will send you the replaced item using the same delivery service once we have established that the product has gone missing by our postal service this could take up to 12 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered products you can return them (at your own cost) within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know by e-mail the reason of your dissatisfaction.

Any refunds will have a minimum of 40% of the product price deducted to cover materials and labour of the total product price as all items are individually hand made to order and are not from the stock. Shipping fees can not be refunded. Merchandise must be in the same condition in which you received it - cannot have been altered in anyway.

Please note that the quality of "hand made" products can not be compared with "machine made" items. The products will be as good as depicted in the photos on the website.
